That’s why we offer a 30-Day Free Return Policy on all eligible items. If your rug doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All tags and original packaging must be intact
Rugs showing signs of wear, use, or damage not caused during shipping may not be eligible for a full refund.
📝 How to Initiate a Return
We’ve made the return process simple and convenient:
Option 1: Online Portal
1. Visit help.executerugs.com
2. Enter your email to receive a One-Time Password (OTP)
3. Log in and select your order to start the return
Option 2: Email Us
Email help@executerugs.com with your order number and a brief reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the process and send your prepaid UPS return label within 48 hours.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
• Contact us immediately at help@executerugs.com
• We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund—no need to return the damaged item in most cases
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
• Refunds are processed within 3 business days
• Allow 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account
